Our rooms are all non-smoking rooms. No pets are allowed. Additional charge for extra guest.

Accommodations
The three executive suites and the carriage house have been individually decorated and furnished. All rooms offer a private bath, cable TV, internet connection and air conditioning.

The Mayor Grant Room
Named for Donald “Dutch” Grant, the Mayor of the Village of Dexter. This room features a king size four poster bed, ceiling fan, along with a well appointed sitting room which includes a single bed.

The Leonard-Gilmore Room
Named for the family who established this house. It was used as their main residence for over 80 years. This room features a queen-size canopy bed, bay window and sitting room with a single bed.

The Maple Room
This room features both a King size bed and a "fainting couch", and the original claw-footed bathtub with shower.

The "New" Carriage House Loft
The loft is a large studio with an open loft. Includes a spiral staircase, kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, sink, washer/dryer in the bathroom. WiFi, cable TV, and air conditioning. Sleeps 2 to 4 on queen and full bed. A futon opens to a queen size bed that sleeps two. Great for families!
