Quotes from our Customers

Hello Deborah and Robert,

We returned safely to our respective homes with many wonderful memories of our trip to the Thousand Islands area and the Antique Classic Boat Show. We could not have asked for a better place to stay; away from the crowds and nestled into your warm and friendly B and B. Your generous hospitality, beautiful accommodations, and personal attention, surpasses the others we have visited.

Thanks so much for making the changes I needed for a special diet, the morning coffeee in our rooms, and serving based on our daily schedules. The four of us all agree that we will be back and will let you know the 2008 schedule as soon as possible.

A special hello to Toad. Robert, we hope your new drain is still holding well and that you continue to get the much needed rain. Make sure to take pictures of the carriage house....we look forward to updates on your progress.

Be well,
Anne, Carl, Dianne, and Holly

p.s. Holly got another wonderful annual report at Mass General Hospital yesterday and we continue to be grateful for our many blessings and her good health!

Hi Bob & Debbie,

Cynthia and I just wanted to thank you for a terrific stay. In all our years of bed & breakfast experiences, we would have to judge our stay at the Dexter 1855 House as perhaps one of the best. From your genuinely enthusiastic welcome through exquisite breakfasts, we were more than guests... we felt like welcomed family. I would advise anyone considering a visit to especially request Debbie's Grand Marnier fruit compote. The ginger waffles were also a marvelous treat. Best of all, though, was the warmth & friendliness that was present, in abundance, throughout our wonderfully relaxing stay.

Good luck and good fortune to you both. We hope to again have the privilege of a stay with you.

Best regards,
Jim Nowak

Debbie and Bob,

Just wanted to say thanks for a wonderful stay at your lovely B&B, and for getting up so early this morning to provide us with that fabulous breakfast! The triathlon went really well; the weather was perfect for it and both Jim and Jeff had good races. Jeff came in 12th overall out of 124 individual competitors, and Jim came in third in his age group. If they do the race next year, we hope to stay at your place again!

Thanks again,
Cathy Dolan
